This is a US ARMY military jacket. I believe this is a GORE-TEX, it does not say Gore-Tex anywhere on it. This is a size large, please see the picture of the tag for measurements. This is a 3 layer jacket. top layer is a camo (feels like wet weather proof), 2nd layer is attached and is a green weather proof layer and the 3rd layer is a lighter green filled down like layer that is removable. This jacket has a hood. as you can see there is some normal wear to this jacket, fraying on the edges, does not look like there are any holes or major stains. Looks to be in good condition. About one pocket it says US ARMY and above the other pocket has the last name SANCHEZ. We have an EstateLiquidation Warehouse in California.
