Cross Belt plate worn by the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders ( Princess Louise's). Brass plate with silver coloured metal detail. ( May be silver I don't know) Sadly there is a piece missing. I was told that this was removed by a previous owner in order to make a brooch. Very sad but may be of interest to collectors. All pins in place but the central one has been reduced. See photograph. Minor surface scratches to plate. Measures approx. 4" x 3" Convex. Grateful thanks to fellow ebayer (Mikhail) for helpful advice.
