I am not sure what these items are but as near as I can tell, they are called Night Vision Helmet Mount Kits..they came with some other military items They have been used but seem to work..as far as I can tell.The straps have S M L..I assume for adjusting for size.They are all marked:......5855-0then one has a mark with Case, 55314, & 2 are marked- 55311 They are all dated;.... 0694, 0994, & 1194The information I found on items that look very similar says,....The Night Vision Helmet Mount Kit allows you to easily and quickly attach the PVS-7 and PVS-14 Night Vision Devices directly to the PASGT (Personal Armor System Ground Troop) family of helmets. The helmet mount not only incorporates standard adjustments, it also has a flip-up/flip-down capability that allows the user to move the PVS-7 or the PVS-14 up and out of the way of the face.
