Up for your consideration, a rucksack made by Lowe Alpine. It is a prototype for the US Military. Tag is marked experimental. Another ebayer has informed me this is a US Military Prototype CFP-90 & it is from 1986. I am not sure that this particular bag was ever manufactured for mass production. The contract # is DAAK60-86-C-0047 Lowe Alpine Systems. It is large, not sure about cubic inches but I am pretty sure you can fit enough in to survive the wilderness for an extended period of time. Has 2 metal rods running up back w/ another rubber support going up middle. It has a piece that bolts on to center and looks like it would be used to adjust the straps to your comfort level.. Top area has a nylon lining to cinch the top closed to protect gear from weather. Once tucked inside the outer area has another drawstring laced into the camoflauge material to cinch closed. Area is 20 inches deep large enough to pack sleeping gear and tent. Top area has a camolflauge cloth divider. Also has lower compartment that zips and has two straps to secure area. Lower zipper area measures about 13 inches tall and about 18 inches wide when empty. Both areas have plenty of expanding room.Plenty of room for supplies. Right side has 2 pouches with draw string. Left side has 1 large one. All pouches are sew seperate from backpack maybe so that you can slide read more
