From a recent antique estate sale, comes this neat little sewing machine, one of those items that you buy at a estate sale and it fools you when you buy it, but after a close inspection its a little beauty! This was a Sewing Machine built on the classic design of the famous quilters special the SINGER #221 Featherweight, very similar in design, but on a bit smaller scale & weight. This is made by MINI CLASSIC SEWING MACHINE LOS AGELES, CALIFORNIA, USA. The brochure/ manual is dated 1987 so figure its from t around 20 years old, very lite or little use, exc black laquer gloss finish overall, few minor scratchs and marks on table area, common on any machine, that don't take away from it, has the MALS MINI CLASSIC LOS ANGELES, CA passed inspection label on end 1988-1989, has original Sewing Company that sold it Sanford Sewing Machines, Sales & Service 11 Old Mill Road, Sanford , ME 04073, Ph#s fax the book has all the directions and settings, etc in it. Measures folded up 11" long with table down 15 1/2" long x 7 1/4" wide at base x 9" high at highest point. Comes with MINI CLASSIC machine, Foot Control, Manual, , Case Key, 5 Bobbins, Needles, plus hard carry case.The machine was tested and works exc, purrs like a little kitten!! The carry case measures 14 5/8" x 8" x 11" high. A great collectable or usuable machine, great for the quilter, easy to carry around only weighs around 17 pounds in case. Item Sold As Is! As Seen!
