This is a very very rare Mini Steeple clock only 12 1/2" high made by Forestville Hardware & Clock Co. Bristol Ct. Cir 1854. The clock is the smallest American Steeple clock and was made without steeples. The Heart etched glass is original to the clock as is the finish, and has a fantastic paper label The clock is being sold as shown what you see is what you get. Clock missing dial, pendulum, verge, top glass, minute hand, also winding gear is striped. With all that said you will not find a rarer clock on Ebay and worth restoration. Bob Shmitt Auction sold one in 2001 for $1000.00, even in this condition it's a very important clock. Please read my payment instructions, and ask questions before you bid.
