The SMALLEST, fully functioning, antique embosser you will ever find! Nobody's comprehensive, notary stamp collection would be complete without this rare oddity! I do not believe it is a salesman sample because it has a notary public seal attached. It reads..MINNIE JONES NOTARY PUBLIC MC LEAN CO. ILL. I was able to find her year of birth ,1879. The base measures 3 11/16 long, 1 5/8 wide, and 3 3/4 inches tall. The large stamper in the first photo IS NOT part of this auction. It is only there to compare sizes.
