Item - Victorian DQ MOP Miniature Rose Bowl Description - For your consideration - a Victorian-era miniature rose bowl by Stevens & Williams (England). This rare beauty is apricot-colored, fading into a reddish band, and then ultimately to white/clear near the bottom. It has a wonderful diamond-quilted pattern and is cased, with the internal layer being white. The rose bowl is a diminutive 2 1/2" high by about 3" wide. There are NO cracks, chips or repairs. If you look closely to the bottom - just outside of the broken pontil, you'll see an acid etched "Patent" mark. Between this and the style of the vase is how I came to the conclusion that it was made by Stevens & Williams. Great coloring and style that doesn't come up for sale very often. Free Shipping offer applies to the continental U.S. only. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: PLEASE use the calculator at the bottom of the auction for shipping rates.
