I do not have documentation as to who made the doll, but she is definitely a One-of-a-Kind Artist Made Miniature Doll. She looks very much like those dolls made by Kay Shipp. She has her lips puckered up with bright red lipstick on. She has real eyelashes inserted. Looks like she is applying rouge with a brush in one hand and a compact in the other. Quite a character face. A red ribbon and bow are holding her black hair back as she applies her make-up.
She is wearing a black lace bra and panties with a black lace robe to partially cover her up. Her fancy black painted on heels are decorated with a red strip and red "gem". When sitting, she is about 4 3/4" tall.
The vanity and stool are vintage handmade, with an Art Deco flair. The vanity is 3 1/2" tall, 4 3/4" x 2". It is painted black with gold trim. All drawers open. The items on top are glued on. The matching stool is black velvet with gold braid trim.
The doll is in excellent condition, the vanity is in good condition.
