Minneapolis (MN) brass 1887 #689 Dog License Tax Tag, acorn This brass 1887 dog tag #689 is rather battered with some scratches & extra holes but otherwise is in good condition. One of the extra holes punched into this tag to attach it to a collar goes through the middle of the date. In order to show that this tag is indeed dated 1887 I have added a comparison photo of #689 and #3021 together. Only #689 with the hole in the middle of the date is up for bidding in this listing. Tag #3021 is not for sale! I have tried to correctly describe the condition of this item but please use the photos to judge for yourself. Shipping is $2.50 for USPS First Class in an envelope. Sorry but when shipped without insurance I can not be held responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. If you win more than one of my items I will combine them into one shipping fee.
