You are bidding on a beautiful Minox III sub-miniature spy camera made in Germany. This is may be the archetypal spy camera. It is very durable and strong construction. There are virtually no cosmetic flaws on the camera itself. It is really nice inside and out. The lenses appear to be clean. The leather case is also in beautiful condition. I am not an expert on such cameras but the shutter cocks as it should and trips when the shutter button in pushed. This is being sold as a collectible and display piece. It is probably usable, but it is being sold for its rarity and beauty because I have no way to test it. I put a quarter in one of the pics so you could compare the size and see just how small this camera really is. VintageMinox III Spy Camera 9.5mm film. The MINOX always works at full f/3.5 lens opening. Shutter: Minox Shutter Speeds: T, B, 2, 1/5, 1/10, 1/20, 1/50, 1/100, 1/200, 1/500 & 1/1000 sec. This camera is in beautiful condition, lens is clean and will be a perfect addition to your collection! Please examine the pictures I have included and message me with whatever questions you have. I will be happy to try and answer them. This camera comes with what you see in the pictures. It has built in filters for bright light and for black and white photography. This camera is extremely clean inside and out and has only a couple of very minor marks. I cannot attest to the accuracy of the shutter or metering system because I do not have the equipment to test it. But the shutter cocks fires when the button is pushed and I can hear a difference from one speed to another. As the camera is closed and opened, the film is automatically advanced, the shutter is cocked and the exposure is counted. The film is 9.5mm roll film with 15 to 50 exposures. The built in coupled exposure system uses a selenium cell to meter the exposure, with no battery needed.This comes in a nice leather case that is also in excellent condition. The camera has a safety lanyard with a button clip on the end to protect from dropping it. I will wrap in bubble wrap and pack it all very carefully so you can feel comfortable that it will reach you in good condition.I will ship it to the lower 48 states for $9.99. There are no other charges. I either ship UPS or USPS, whichever works best and is fastest. For shipping anywhere else you need to contact me about the shipping before you bid. I can usually ship within a couple of days of when Checks will have to clear first. I can ship overseas, but please ask about the shipping charges before you bid. I would prefer I will be out of town from March 16 for two weeks. Payment must be made before that date so the item can be shipped. Otherwise there will be a delay in the shipping of about two weeks.
