This item is being re-listed for sale because t was no payment made for it by the winning bidder when it was auctioned before. For auction is an outstanding 1940s McCoy tilt pitcher in the highly sought after turquoise glaze. The pitcher has a fine sleek art deco design of curved bands. It stands about 6.5 inches tall and is about 7 inches wide at its widest. This one is unmarked like so much of the McCoy pottery from the 1940s. This pitcher is hard to find in this glaze and especially in mint condition like this one. This is one of the finest examples of McCoy from the 1940s and the color is wonderful. It is pictured on page 143 of the McCoy Pottery Collector's Reference & Value Guide authored by Craig Nissen, Margaret Hanson, and Bob Hanson. This is another item from my personal American Art Pottery collection. The pitcher has no post-production damage whatsoever. The only faults with this pitcher are a few tiny pits, less than perfectly even glazing, and some glaze crazing. I have taken photographs trying to show all angles on the pitcher including a close-up of the spout so the excellent condition can be seen. This one is a prize for the winning bidder. I have double boxed this one so shipping will be a little more, but I want to lessen any possibility of it being damaged in the mail. Paying: Winning bidders prepay for the cost of the item as well as shipping and handling by money order, cashier check, or PayPal within 7 days of the auction's end. Please, within 48 hours after receiving the invoice, let me know how you will be paying. Shipping: I combine items to a single buyer to save on shipping. I use the US Postal Service for shipping and mail either parcel post or first class unless otherwise stated. Insurance is optional for domestic or US purchases however I do not assume any liability for the item if insurance is not purchased. Customer Satisfaction and Feedbacks: I want my customers to be 100% satisfied with the way I describe the item, my communication, shipping time, and shipping and handling charges. I welcome suggestions that will help me reach my goal of excellence in serving my customers. I will leave feedback promptly after feedback is left for me. Thank you.
