This is a solid back ring, as illustrated in the last picture. A neat ring, looks new. Shipping always combined for multiple item winners. I will not ship to Italy, too many problems with late delivery. Other than that, overseas bidder are welcome. I usually ship Global Express mail for $25, as it is fast and trackable, but I am also willing to ship via global priority mail, which is just $11 and fairly reliable.
