4 N.O. Moller Teak Dining Chairs #79 Danish Modern One of the most beautiful dining chairs in the world This is an excellent near mint set of the No. 79 dining chair designed by N.O. Moller ( Niels Otto Moller, 1920-1981 ) for J.L. Moller Mobelfabrik (Denmark) in 1965. These beautifully sculpted chairs are in very fine condition and are light, elegant and graceful in design. They have wonderful oiled finished frames and cord woven seats. I feel that the N.O. Moller No. 79, as well as the model 78, are two of the most beautiful dining chairs ever made. The replacement cost on these is apx. $700 each but you can get this exquisite set for much less through this auction. These are solid chairs with exquisite joint work and these cannot be disassembled. This is a wonderful vintage set that has been very well cared for over the years and will look exquisite in your mid century modern or Danish Modern décor. These chairs represent Great design, Great craftsmanship, Great build quality and Great condition - what more can I say? This item is being offered for sale through local media in the DC area.
