MINT - Danish Modern Rosewood Desk, Eames, Regency This is an exquisite and exceptionally clean Rosewood desk / secretary manufactured by Mellemstrands Trevareindustri A/S of Norway (see photo of Label). The condition is mint with only VERY light signs of wear. This piece is of the highest quality featuring Rosewood veneer over hardwood, dovetail joints, solid rosewood legs and beautifully finished back. This desk is stunning from all angles and makes a quiet but powerful design statement. Comes complete with the original key. You will have to look long and hard to find a rosewood desk in better condition. The lines are simple and elegant allowing this piece to blend seamlessly with Danish Modern, Deco and Hollywood Regency styles. If creating an eclectic environment this might just be the ticket. The desk makes a simple and elegant statement that will fit into almost any space. The color is a deep dark reddish tone with strong black grain. Dimentions: 37" wide x 24" deep x 35 1/2" high When the desktop is pulled down the surface is 28" high and entire desk is 36" deep The desk does not dismantle and only the legs can be removed for shipping.
