We do not offer refunds on graded coins by PCGS, NGC, ANACS & ICG or on items with a starting bid of melt value (items starting at or below Gold/Silver/Platinum/Palladium value) due to market fluctuations. Returns will be accepted if we are notified through the eBay message system within 3 days from the date that you receive the purchased item and you are granted refund approval. All items returned must remain in original packaging. We will not accept any returns that have been removed from the original packaging.
