This is completely sealed and has never been opened. I purchased this myself in 1992 when it was first printed and made available and has been stored in my non-smoking home ever since. This is a hard to find book that increases in value every year. This super-stylish brushed aluminum metal-bound book, in original Mylar bag, features Stephen Meisel's photographs of Madonna (and her famous friends including Naomi Campbell, Isabella Rossellini, Vanilla Ice and many others) and film stills shot by Fabien Baron (who was also one of the book's designers). The text in the book is "written by" Madonna's alter ego "Mistress Dita."
