The Randall Gambler is a factory variation of the Randall Model 24 Guardian. Was the 4" blade of a Guardian is sharpened evenly, the bottom edge of the Gambler is sharpened for 3 1/2" and the top cutting edge is sharpened for approximately 2". The blade is 3/16" stainless steel. Thumb notches. Reduced nickel silver hilt. The knife that you are bidding on has an uncommon concave maroon micarta handle approximately 3 3/4" in length. OAL is 7 3/4". This handsome knife is made even more attractive by the black (factory) concealment sheath. Both the Guardian and the Gambler were designed for use of police, undercover agents and law enforcement personnel for self protection and as a back-up weapon. This early 2007 knife has never been used, sharpened or handled other than to take pictures. The knife has never been placed in the sheath (except possibly at the factory). The knife itself is in 100% condition--no problems whatsoever. I would rate the sheath at 99% as t is a small rub mark near the tip and the leather that was used to make the sheath has some file(?) marks on the back under the Randall stamp and the black dye. Just wanted to mention these things for you perfectionists. I think that most collectors would simply say that the knife and sheath are mint. The knife comes with factory white butcher paper, white tissue paper for the knife, salmon sharpening stone, and typical literature from the factory (see photo). The Randall logo is deeply stamped in the blade. T is NO RESERVE on this knife so one of you lucky bidders will be taking this beauty home. Please add $15 for Priority mail and insurance anyw in the United States. The knife will be shipped in a black felt-lined "Randall Made Knives, Orlando, FL" custom leather-like vinyl case. Although PayPal is preferred, I will accept a USPS money order or cashier's check. As with all knives that I sell, this one comes with a 3-day inspection period. If you feel that I have misrepresented this knife in any way, simply return in postpaid and fully insured for a refund of your money less shipping charges.
