The best of the best! Long SWORD BAYONET of WW2 used on the Springfield and the M1 Garand of WW2. Condition is the best we have seen. Comes from a old collection we are selling part of. Scabbard si in the same beautiful condition and original to this bayonet. Blade is marked "UFH US 1942" see photos! You could not find any better! Cost of priority mail insured in the US is $15.00. Do not bid if under 18. We are happy to combine items to save you monet on postage. Looking at the 1st photo of the blade marking the 1 in 1942 is on the bayonet but did not come out in the photo so I listed another photo of the marking. I looked at the photo and looked at the bayonet and have never see this happen before.JohnI added a photo of the scabbard after it was wiped off. It has been on this bayonet for the last 20 years that I know of and is the correct color for WW2 scabbards. IT IS NOT A REPRO SCABBARD!
