Up for 3 Day Listing is a Matching, Issued, WW2, German Ordnance Sword with Scabbard by Eickhorn! This excellent example is dated 1938, numbered 590, is waffenamt and has matching numbers on the scabbard. The blade rates excellent + with some faint staining and light scratches(many more pictures available upon request. The blade is maker marked "Eickhorn/Solingen" and with the squirrel trademark. The brass hilt rates excellent with the crossguard stamped "C.E. 38" and "590" and has numerous waffenamts. The black celluloid grip rates excellent with no cracks and retains its twisted brass wire. The leather finger ring and blade washer are present and in good condition. The anodized, black scabbard rates excellent with no dents and is stamped "C.E. 38" and "590" and waffenamts. The scabbard retains approx. 95% of its original anodizing. Overall, a great example for your German Sword Collection!
