Highly detailed Sterling Silver Souvenir Spoon of Mishawaka, Ind (Indiana). Has name hand engraved in bowl. Marked on back "Sterling" and makers logo, see pics. Meassures just over 5" long.

Made by The Baker-Manchester Co., which was located in Providence, Rhode Island between 1914 and the late 1920's. They were makers of sterling silver smalls and souvenir spoons.
