This white, 6" Mitre is made with a 100% linen fabric. The sides are flared, and it is lined with a lovely "silk essence" fabric. T is one leather-type band on the front inside, to help hold it in place, while being worn. It is adorned with handsome, red and gold, medieval Jacquard trim on the front with both vertical, and horizontal bands. The ends of the lappets also have the same trim on the outside. The straight lappets are 15", and have dual adornments of both the Jacquard trim on the ends, as well as lovely natural fringe.The peaks of the Mitre are made of a special material, that protects against the appearance of folds in the Mitre over time.
