This Auction is for an wonderful 100+ yr old set of German China.
This 70 piece, service for eight, Mystic Rose China set has been in our family over 100 years. Has only been 'gently' used a few times. Excellent condition.
All pieces are authenticated with the Mitterteich Bavaria Germany "Mystic Rose", emblem, on the bottom.
The pattern is Called "Mystic Rose" which consists of lovely Grey toned flowers & Green leaves on every piece . The pieces have a trademark scalloped edge that are trimmed in platinum.
The Set Includes:
One: Creamer ; 5" high and 5 1/2" from spout to handle
Eight: 3 7/8" footed Cups and 6" Saucers
Eight: 8" Salad Plates
Eight: 6 3/4" Bread and Butter Plates
Eight: 10 1/2" Dinner Plates
Eight: 8" Fruit/Dessert (Sauce) Bowls
One: Two handled Sugar Bowl with lid; 5" high and 6" from handle to handle.
One: Round (Covered) Vegetable Bowl ; 7" high, and 11 1/2" from handle to handle.
One: Oval Serving Platter ;14 3/4" long and 10" wide.
One: Gravy Boat; 3 1/2" height, 8 3/4" length, and 6" wide,with attached underplate; 8 1/4" by 5 1/4"
