2013 This year marks my 32nd. anniversary as a custom knife maker. For the first time in 12 years I have a very talented apprentice who has been training with me for the past 18 months, my stepson Kyel Kidder. With his help I am able once again able to do longer knives. He has become a skilled craftsman and handles all the chores in the shop except grinding, heat treating and sharpening! He has though, acquired these skills too and you may expect to see some KK style knives on Ebay in the near future. Please Note: For bidding purposes this auction has a low reserve and a Buy It Now. This is a Custom Knife, tactical, field, combat, survival One Off Foresters Short Sword 14" long blade, 23" overall, 2" wide, 2#., 1/4" thick, Two Part style Kydex sheath, and Natural Phenolic handle scales. My knives/tools are crafted from 5160 spring steel, differentially/zone hardened, the finish is a Black Parkerization, and the handles are either Natural or Black phenolic.
