Mod 70ies orange General Electric P2765A, 'ball' shaped transistor radio hanging in a chrome stand.
BRAND: General Electric MODELNR.: P2765A MFG.DATE: ca. 1970 MANUFACTURER: General Electric, Japan In the early 70ies General Electric made several unusual transistor radios with mod pop space age designs. Like the 'Blue Max' which looks like a police car light or the flying saucer radio on a chrome pedestal base. This one is model P2765A, an orange ball shaped radio that's hanging in a chrome base. The chrome stand can just stand on the table, shelf or other flat ground but is also wall-hangable. This example is in very good to excellent condition with less than minor wear. It's also in good operational condition with good reception of several stations and good volume. Works with a standard 9 volt battery. Don't miss this very rare mod 70ies design radio.
