From The Mod British Birds Collection, Daisy in "Milk Maid Wedding" doll. A mod version of a wedding dress, with rhinestone drop ear rings. The cleverest of all accessories, is a clear vinyl milk pail filled with white pave' roses. Designed by the great American designer, Arnold Scassi. This doll is dressed in the finest of fabrics, and each article of clothing is hallmarked with the designers label. Originally planned a limited edition of 1500, but production was cut short on this collection, when Knickerbocker went out of business in 2001. Some dolls and costumes of this collection had as little as 200 pieces actually produced. The Mod British Birds, Willow and Daisy dolls, and costumes were only issued from 1999 to 2001. New/never removed from the box, and complete with certificate of authenticity.
