Up for auction is a American Flyer # 271 Whistle Stop News Stand made by The Gilbert Company from New Haven Connecticut. This American Flyer Train accessory is for O and S gauge trains . This nice item for train collectors is all original made in the U.S.A.,and not a reproduction. All the signs are original, clear and bright. This item was in a smoke free environment. This news stand was from the 1950's. This American Flyer news stand is in nice condition and was from my personal collection. The weigh is 5 oz. 3 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" long x 2 1/2" high and is made of all wood. When this item is shipped it will be with insurance. Please E-Mail with any questions that you may have.
