Double your traffic. This is a handmade, naïve wooden house.It is about 16" x 17" deep (porch to back) x 16" high. Not too big, easy to display. It features a porch with railing, linoleum floor roughly to scale, with a red/white checked wall in part of the house. Also stairs with a railing on the top floor and 2 chimneys. The paint is worn and wonderful. You can see that the front opening is not cut evenly. This is not a dollhouse; it does not open, although miniature furniture and accessories could be placed in the house from the open front.This will ship via Federal Express. You choose the desired Fed Ex level of service (speed of delivery) at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated on weight (20 pounds), size (box is 20 x 20 x 20) and distance.
