The name of a former owner is the only mark in this bright, tight excellent copy. It contains over 125 photos, drawings, figures and tables...and fold-out plans for 1.) A 10-Rater 2.) 5 A-Class boats, and 3.) 2 M-Class boats (9 fold-out pages in all).This book is probably the finest guide to free-sail model yachting in the 50's and 60's by the UK's most renowned designers. Although it excludes some "modern" design elements, such as sliding rigs, modern molded fiberglass and experimental ballasts, the book provides very comprehensive coverage of the "A", "M," and 10-Rater classes and includes the design for a vane steering gear.
