This auction is for a modern (ca. 1980s or later) Limoges Porcelain Teapot by Faberge. Made sometime after 1980 when the Faberge descendents revived the firm and retailed originally by Neiman-Marcus. A modern piece, but very much in the Czarist Russian/French Empire aesthetic with classic lines and gilt-and-teal decoration. Full Faberge marks on the underside as shown and further marked "Limoges" and "Porcelain" and "Made in France." Also, retains its original Neiman Marcus price tag ($625.00) as shown. Guaranteed authentic. MINT condition, as the pics show. Purchased new by the previous owner and used for display only. It has never had tea in it, not even one time, and it has been VERY well cared-for. NO chips, cracks, glaze crazing, fleabites, hairlines, discoloration, wear to the decoration, etc., etc. It is MINT and you will not be disappointed. About 8" tall and 9" wide across the spout and handle and it would be considered a full sized teapot. NO RESERVE and a very low start and the pics tell the rest of the story, an exceptional opportunity.
