Jewelry Making as an Art Expression
by Dr. D. Kenneth Winebrenner Scranton, PA: Laurel Publishers (1953) Second Printing, 1953. This is a Good condition hardcover book, lacking the scarce dustjack. This is a well-used copy with shadows on the front endpapers from a former jacket, some worn pages in the text, one spot w a small picture was circled with a pencil mark, and one small tear on the bottom of a page. Else clean and completely intact. The covers are a blue gray that have faded some and discolored a bit at the extremities, else clean with no markings, damage, stains, odor or mold--a great usable copy. Hundreds of photographs and drawings of an incredibly wide range of modernisitic jewelry made by top designers and accomplished students, representing the best designers of the latter half 20th century. This is an encyclopedic presentation, the BEST reference guide to mid-century copper and silver imaginable. Long unavailable and very scarce!
