It fits my wrist which is 169mm in circumference. I think the strap is adjustable and could be made smaller.I had a new battery put in before posting this (the second battery listed on the receipt image refers to another watch I had a replacement battery put in, the '1 yr battery' refers to the battery guarantee)This watch was a gift 16 years ago and worn for 6 months before being put in a box. It shows signs of light wear.
