Here's a beautiful Dead Tired doll lot consisting of Lagoona and her pet Neptuna. She is in an excellent condition with good joints, straight legs, no crooked eyes, no paint scratches and amazing, grease free hair (removed by me with a proprietary method). She comes with her pet Neptuna, stand and complete outfit. Everything is freshly washed and clean. Feel free to look at my other listings to save on shipping :) Q&A Where do get your dolls? - They are mostly from my private US and EU collection that I continually update with brand new and like new dolls. I am tired of the nasty, sticky hair they are manufactured with, so I decided to develop a method to externally degrease the hair and offer them for sale to those appreciate them. Who wants their kids playing with the nasty chemical/greasy hair? The collector also appreciates clean hair. How do you degrease the hair? - I have developed my own special method that involves many precise steps and a lot of elbow grease. The hair and scalp is treated from the outside, I have not seen leaching of the greasy glue from the inside of the head after I have treated it. I'm often asked for my method and formula, but please understand that I can't tell you, because that would equal asking the chef for his/her secret ingredient :) Is the stuff you use on the hair dangerous or can I get an allergy? - It is only dangerous to me, while I'm using it, but not to you, because the hair gets a thorough wash with a medical grade, perfume free soap afterwards. Also, I have never received any complaints about an allergy stemming from the handling or use of my dolls. Your prices seem high: - My research of US, Canada and EU Ebay offerings of similar dolls in excellent condition are actually higher (on average) than the prices of my dolls. Of course some dolls are less expensive but they are not the same condition as my dolls (most others have original greasy and/or frizzy hair, dirty clothes, loose joints etc. ) and therefore difficult to compare prices. My prices are very competitive for the quality. Buyers of my dolls can expect freshly washed, degreased and styled hair, face and/or body touched up to fix minor manufacturing defects, tight joints, freshly washed clean doll clothes (ironed if needed) and packaged/shipped with care. Do they come from a pet free/ smoke free home? - Smoke free: definitely. We do have 2 cats that are controlled away from and never come in direct contact with my dolls, clothes or accessories. Do you combine shipping? - Yes, I'd be happy to do that. Buyers of multiple items will see a discount with combined shipping. Please wait before you pay after all auctions end and I will send you a combined shipping invoice. The shipping is calculated on an individual basis. You can have peace of mind that your doll will arrive in the same excellent condition it was packaged and I always ship via priority air mail with a tracking number (except small items under $15). If you don't want tracking, the shipping fee is reduced accordingly but I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. How long does it take for my item to arrive? - To the US and Canada it normally takes about 5-7 business days. To the EU, packages usually arrive in about 3-5 business days (depending on exact location). All items are shipped from Germany, because that is where I am at the moment. What if I win an auction, but something has happened and I cannot pay right away? -We have all been there! I like customers to simply communicate with me and in some cases I can be flexible.
