Full disclosure before I begin: as the name says, I know silver, not glass. I'm telling you what I think this piece is and will answer any questions you have. You likely know more than I do. Offered for auction is a glass vase with gold decoration, decorated with heavy enamel violets. I believe this is a Mont Joye piece in their chipped ice pattern. The style and decoration is consistent with what I have seen on eBay and elsew It is signed and I have provided a pretty clear photo of the signature. Size: 8 inches tall. 3 ½ inch diameter at base. 4 ½ inch point to point at top ruffled edge. Marks: Signed as shown on the bottom of the vase. Condition: I see and feel no defects. If t's something in particular you want me to check, please email. Note: all items I sell are used and many are over 100 years old, so you should expect wear consistent with that use and polishing. Defects beyond that are listed. Shipping: The fixed shipping and handling cost for this item is $10.00 including delivery confirmation. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail only. Once the post office confirms delivery, my obligation ends. Insurance is at the option of the winning bidder and costs $1.10 for up to $50, $2.20 for up to $100, and $2.20 plus $1.00 per $100 over the first $100. I do not ship internationally so please do not bid if you are not in the U.S. Payment: I prefer payment using PayPal to .
