Montblanc 149 Fountain Pen and Ink. 18K M Nib. Boxed. Fully tested. Works like New. This modern 149 was made in Germany around 2000-10. These are Montblanc Flagship pen for over 60 years in production. Large oversized pens. This one has a perfect 18K Medium line nib. VERY user friendly. Super smooth to write with. Perfect for anyone regardless of fountain pen experience. If you have never used one before your in for a real treat. Superb balance in the hand when writing. Huge size 9 nib. Large barrel ink reserve with line window for viewing ink inside. Great pens. The pen has the gloss and sheen of a new pen. Looks to have been used very little if ever. Always looked after. The Cap and Body are made of Black Precious Resin. The Clip and Rings are Yellow Gold Plated. All the Gold work is superb with no plate loss or brassing etc like new. Clip has full serial numbers etc. Over all once in the hand to the naked eye looks fantastic still. Perfect for day to day writer. Comes with Montblanc 149 Presentation case and 149 Ink bottle. This box and papers are unique to the 149. Main Presentation box is MINT perfect inside and out. The Outer white card box has some light signs of storage wear as expected of 10 years old..
