Montblanc No 22 Black Precious Resin & Gold Fountain Pen. 14K B Nib. Vintage. Here we have a vintage Montblanc No 22 fountain pen. This No 22 is a sleek pen with a perfect weight to length ratio, a perfect balance once in hand. If you catch the light just right you'll see just how special it actually looks. The nib writes with a broad line with no scratching involved on the side or down stoke. The condition of this pen is superb, There are no cracks, bite marks or any indentations. All the gold work on this pen is also in superb condition, No plate loss no pitting and no indentations. An excellent feature this pen has is the stunning blue window for viewing ink levels. All throughout this pen are lovely crisp imprints, around the central gold ring has embossed, Montblanc 22. The very top of the pen has the renowned Montblanc emblem. The piston action for adding ink works wonderfully with a smooth and effortless feel. To fill this pen simply turn the piston end until piston reaches top in the chamber, dip nib in ink, turn in the opposite direction until full, wipe away any excess ink and enjoy!
