I received it as a gift set with accompanying mechanical pen and I have kept them both in a leather embossed Montblanc case (I'm selling the case and pen on separate auctions). I have hardly used the pencil during this time. The pencil comes with a few Montblanc hi-polymer 0.7 mm lead refills. As you can see from the pictures this pencil is in immaculate condition and looks as good as the day I received it. I have tried to take close up shots of the embossed Montblanc Meisterstuck logo and the serial number.
