Near MINT Authentic Montblanc Meisterstuck Pinstripe Sterling Silver Solitaire Doue LeGrand 146 Fountain Pen in flawless black precious resin with Gold colored metal fittings. This is Montblanc's Largest Solitaire FP (unless you count the solid gold 149 FP which now costs over $10,000 that is :) The cap is made of solid Sterling Silver with gold colored fittings. The clip and cap rings are gold colored .The barrel is made of black resin with Gold colored metal fittings . T are no Sterling Siver markings on the cap. This is the Medium sized pen in the Meisterstuck collection (bigger than 144, 145, smaller than 149). It is piston filler with a clear window indicating the ink level. The white "snow cap" star crowned cap screws on. It would also stay securely posted when you would write. Dual tone 18K (750) Yellow Gold & Platinum (Rhodium plating) nib. The nib is M Medium. The clip says " Germany" , 'Metal 2' and has a unique serial number. No model number on the piston turning knob. This pen is near MINT: some very light superficial scratches on the body, absolutely nothing major. The piston turns smoothly. The feed is exceptionally clean. The piston assembly threads are metal (Brass: see the fourth picture). The pen functions flawlessly. No Box or papers. I absolutely guarantee the pen's authenticity and condition.
