Please be kind when leaving feedback, ebay has a new policy starting soon that suspends any buyer from listing if any of their 4 monthly D.S.R.'s or 4 yearly D.S.R.'s fall below 4.3 ... while giving a 4 of 5 might sound good with terms such as "Accurate" - "Satisfied" - "Quickly" or "Reasonable" in reality if everybody gave me a 4 of 5 i would be always suspended. I am saying this because my monthly S/H score fell to 4.2 recently (even though i don't charge one penny above what i pay at the post office).
