Pretty Moorcroft Borage vase designed by Phillip Gibson as part of the Herb Collection, circa 2000. On the 32/5 shape, this vase is just over 4 inches or 11cm tall and about 5.5 inches or 14cm at its widest. This particular vase is marked as second quality, and I suspect this is because the background colour on the lower half of the vase is more plum than purple (as in the catalogue photo). The vase still has the original label from the Moorcroft Factory Shop, showing that it was priced at £186.00 (a best quality vase would have been £221.15 at that time). My mother has owned this vase from new and it is in excellent condition.
