Moorcroft Pomegranate Vase. This elegant moorcroft pomegranate vase is in extremely good condition. This fabulous vase has the W Moorcroft painted signature in green and impressed Moorcroft Burslem England M1 dated 1914-1916 . The strong deep blue has a slightly mottled yellow that dominates the ground, blending together over the delicate slipware decoration is typical of the pomegranate design that was dominated by post war production. The handsome pomegranate vase stands 8 1/4 inches high, measures 4 inches in diameter across the top rim and 6 inches in diameter at the widest point. The vase exhibits the usual crazing as illustrated in the photo. Condition: This vase displays exceptionally well indeed, a really terrific example, with no cracks or chips.
