Rare seldom seen Moorcroft smokers stand from the first quarter of the 20th century. The pottery is in the pomegranate pattern and has no damage apart from some light crazing as is the norm for these older pieces. the mountings are in pewter and are marked with an H and English Make. I have been told that this design was made for Liberty in the 1920's but I am no expert in these pieces. The pottery base measures 11cm in diameter.Offered with a modest starting level and no further reserve.Check out my 14 years of positive feedback and , should the item not be as described I shall of course be happy to refund in full.
