MOORCROFT VASE This is a vase we inherited twenty years ago. It was originally purchased in 1957 in Victoria, British Columbia. It is marked "Moorcroft" and is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. The vase is painted in a subtle rose, with browns, yellows, and deep reds. We cannot identify the flowers but they appear similar to honeysuckle or clematis but have slight petal differences (see the pictures.) The bottom of this vase was stamped and signed prior to glazing. The piece is 7 inches tall; 5 inches in diameter at it’s widest point; and 2.875 inches in diameter at its base. The top has a diameter of 3 inches. Offered for auction only in the continental USA. High bidder pays the bid price plus $20 shipping and handling. Paypal only, please.
