I am offering a lovely little Moorcroft vase for auction with a very reasonable starting price. It is tube lined with the Clematis design & is 4" tall, approx. 1.75" across at the neck & approx. 2.5" in diameter at the widest point. The vase is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or restoration. There is minimal crazing of the glaze on the base in line with its age. In the interest of absolute accuracy, there is the tiniest 'flea bite' on a section of tube lining around one of the leaves. This in no way detracts from the loveliness of the piece. There is no "Moorcroft" backstamp, as can be seen from the photos, just the initial S made by , I presume, the artist. Photos are provided to show condition. Please be aware than any white marks in these photos are light reflections & not faults with the vase itself. Payment by Paypal only please. If the winning bidder is not entirely satisfied with the vase, I will accept its return & will refund the winning bid price, excluding p&p. The vase must be returned in the same manner & condition in which it was received. I will not be happy to accept return if the bidder has merely changed their mind. I think this is only reasonable.
