Moorcroft Vase , 4 3/16"h, c. 1953-1978 . Ovoid with long neck & foot ring. Beautiful blue & red iris & orchid designs with low relief outlining. Green & yellow added to the foliation. Cream colored crackle glaze. Royal Arms circular paper label on bottom with "W. Moorcroft" signature & "Potters to the Late Queen Mary". Since Mary, consort of George V, died in 1953 & the Royal Warrant expired in 1978 this piece was made between those dates. No damage. Paper label skinned (probably w & when original price sticker was removed). No chips, cracks, hairlines, nor restorations. Excellent condition. Check out my other items !
