Moore Marketing is a licensed company independently owned and operating under the guidelines of Texas law. Moore Marketing is closely associated with Moore Maker, Inc., Matador, Texas , and is the only authorized distributor of imperfect Moore Maker knives. Under normal use, all Moore Maker knives listed in will provide long lasting service to the user. Such knives were rejected by Moore Maker, Inc. for one or more minor defects, including but not limited to, slight discoloration of the bone handles, slightly elevated rivets, or hairline cracks (repaired) in the bone handles. Isolated cases of "lazy blades" are noted wby the blade fails to quickly snap shut. Oiling improves the performance substantially, and purchased knives will be lubricated prior to shipping. Every effort has been made to photograph any discrepancy to assist the buyer in the clear identification of the imperfection. Due to the low prices offered, unless otherwise noted, these knives are sold as is and do not come with boxes or warranty. This is an excellent knife. This knife was rejected due to very hard to detect and minor imperfections around the MMI shield. Look under a magnifying glass, and you can see the scales are not completely smooth around the shield. Because of ebay's limit on file size for digital photos, the pictures in will not show it.
