The padded, textured vinyl antlers are durable and water proof if chewed on I prefer the vinyl because any felt, cotton or fleece antlers get soggy when chewed on and can be a good source of breeding bacteria if wet. (I received a picture of one of my Moose with a baby chewing on the antler and the drool running down it.) These can be wiped off with a Lysol or Clorox wipe to kill germs and still be dry! It's approximately 14" from the antlers to the bottom of the feet, a good size for little hands If your child can wear blanket sleepers they will not be allergic to my toys I also make ZEE for $15.00. STAR is about 24" each way, made of fleece with vinyl features. They are first glued on then zig-zagged all the way around. The night time hat is included.
