This bell represents two of the unique features of the Nauvoo Temple The Bell and The Sunstone Hand cast of bronze in a sand mold, crafted in the old world tradition from the finest of materials. Each bell is unique with the small imperfections normal with this style of craftsmanship. This Nauvoo Commemorative Bell was created by the same people that made the new Nauvoo Temple Bell and will last as a beautiful keepsake in your home for generations to come.Produced in conjunction with Nauvoo Temple dedication in 2002. 500 produced -- only those available remain unsold. Sold to Saints across the globe. Collector's item.4" (mouth) Hand Ringer Bell with wooden handle. Height: 8" Bell is genuine hand cast bronze bell with Nauvoo Temple sunstone relief on front side and "Nauvoo ILL. June 27, 2002" (Temple dedication date) on back side.
