MORRIS MINOR PICK UP PROJECT, SPARES OR REPAIR This Pick up was recently recommissioned after standing for some time. We were running it around but it overheated one day. I suspect the red is blocked or the Thermostat failed to open. It starts and runs fine to to load or drive around the yard. It will require attention to the engine, it may be simple or worst case scenario want an engine, we have a used engine to include in this auction. It came to us as an unknown unit but Id be pretty confident it will be a Good replacement, They are a hardy engine and I would guess the rad is blocked, clear it and all might will be well without engine replacement. We are stacked out with work and it would be along time till we get to this one so its here to go.Listed elsewhere so could sell 1. Comes with long MOT 2. Keys 3. Runs drives to load Interior Blue matched pair of seats in good condition, Correct CWT Black hardboard door card and door pulls Engine and Drive train Clutch and Gearbox function lovely, Engine overheated so will require attention Brakes Brakes pull up well, recently had replacement front Cylinders x 4 on the front a clean and adjust all round. Handbrake works/holds well. Body The Body has had some money spent on it in the past, it has had Rear Inner and Outer arches to the Pick up bed and also the correct Pick up Bed floor replaced. The front wings look new and the doors are rot free. The Paintwork is flat and general panel finish ie Prep work could certainly be improved. Ca fors and sills look to have been replaced.This would have been a working vehicle all its life and only recently people expect to see show quality bodywork on a commercial, that said these Pick ups are thin on the ground and once painted to car standard command strong money. Has a new Rear canopy fitted (££££££) all four Hoops and brackets and wood fittings are present which is nice and unusual to see these days Overview Lovely Classic Pickup, requires some simple attention but can then be enjoyed. Would benefit from a paint job in the future. We have V5C and MOT certificate and keys. Come and have a look, body does look mint in photos but its not its as described above.
