MORSETH TRAILWEIGHT LOCKBACK FOLDER W/ BROWN MICARTA A.G. Russell Catalog of Knives from Winter 1977 featuring the release of two "NEW" Morseth Trailweight Lockback Models. This auction is for the larger model, measuring 4 1/8" closed with a 3 1/8" blade and brown Micarta handles. The handle options for this model were red, green, black, or wood Micarta, with stag and ivory as premium options. INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION OF THE KNIFE: A.G. RUSSELL CATALOG OF KNIVES FROM WINTER 1977. The catalog is in very good shape and includes the entire Morseth Line, as well, The Sting Line, older Gerber and Puma offerings, etc. The front of the catalog features the Morseth Trailweight in black Micarta and in stag. The back of the catalog is the advertisement for the large and small model Trailweight. THE KNIFE: Beautiful brown Micarta handles with no scuffs, dings, or distractions. The blade and bolster do exhibit some light handling scuffs with very minor surface scratching, making the knife not exactly mint, but very close. The blade is completely full with no sign of sharpening. All in all, a great looking and hard to find piece. Complimented with the inclusion of the catalog, this knife would make a nice addition to a Morseth collection. Insurance included in shipping cost. Thank you.
